TRDX collects organization identity, contact, application, location, evidence, payment, and security-event information to process road-reserve services and meet public-record, financial-control, fraud-prevention, and audit duties.

Access and disclosure

Access is limited by role, agency, jurisdiction, and recorded purpose. Information may be shared with the responsible road authority, Road Fund oversight, authorized government payment services, and lawful audit or enforcement functions.

Retention and correction

Records are retained under approved government records schedules. Use the correction workflow on an application or contact the responsible agency identified on the record to request access or correction. Never submit passwords or identity-service recovery links.
